Zane’s passion for service and leadership developed during his 11 years in the Boy Scouts, where his hard work and determination led him to achieve the highest rank of Eagle Scout. That same perseverance helped him earn a three-year scholarship with the Reserve Officer Training Corps. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in political science, he plans to continue his path of service by earning a master’s degree in public administration, a law degree, and ultimately working as a Judge Advocate General officer in the United States Army.
