On Tuesday, 2/21/17, I called the service center regarding an issue on a billing statement. Made two calls today 2/22/17, resulting in leaving two voice mail messages on Mary's phone. I also called the Kona office and left a message on Shena Couture's voice mail. At 3:35 pm, I received an email from Shena who took the time to address my concern and I really appreciate that she did. Thank you, Shena!!!!

I am always surprised at the speed in which Associa's staff responds tom y inquiries. I asked a question today, after hours mind you, and received an answer within minutes. Braco and thank you for all of your hard work!

I worked for weeks trying to get online statements to work for me. Talked to several people in Oahu with no success. Shena Couture in Kona finally worked tirelessly with the technical people to finally get success. The user friendliness and technical support of your websites (both the opt in/opt out online payment/statement site as well as the homeowner's association site) are awful but Shena helped tremendously.

Delay in receiving statements. Not Janis' fault. Corporate need to make a concerted effort at getting the statements to the board on a more timely basis. has definitely become an issue regarding getting audited statyements available for the annual meetings
