I contacted the office on Friday 12/31 after attempting to pay my assessment online and was blocked.Due to holiday staffing I left a message, but decided to drive to the office to make my payment.I was helped by a lady, Romona at the front desk who went above and beyond to not only take my payment, but make several calls to pull my account out of collections.She knew that it was just sent out and it would cost me an access amount of lawyer fees, etc.She knew how critical the situation was, without me even knowing.That's true service, above and beyond. The good rating is not sufficient enough for theservice I received, it was excellent service.PLUS..she even helped me sign up for automatic payment deductions to prevent this from occurring again.Thank you Romona for caring and as I told her, she made my New Year!(I agree to an anonymous display of my feedback)

I didn't have to wait at all when the operator picked up my call. She was wonderful and very courteous then she transferred me to Jessica Cloud instantly these ladies took care of what I need. I cannot be more happy with the quality of customer service they both delivered. Jessica is very dedicated to delivering a high level of service, great communication, very sharp and one amazing person to deal with. Thank you so much !!!

Once I phoned and reached the on-call manager on the weekend, they immediately sent a plumber out.He quickly replaced the faulty part and we were back on line.Amazing quick fix and handled very well.\nThank you!!

My experience reserving the club house in New Market Village has been easy thus far. Any questions are answered quickly via email which makes the process smooth.

I was very pleased with the quick response by my Community Group Rep- Heather Aaron concerning an HOA payment/fee issue.Heather did an outstanding job handling the issue in a timely fashion.I was honestly dreading contacting Community Group because I have had issues with customer service in the past on multiple occasions.It appears they have revamped their customer service and the way they deal with their clients.I was so thrilled at how my issue/concern was handled quickly and easily.Thank you!
