Associa Hawaii Introduces New Leaders

HONOLULU, HI – September 28, 2016Associa Hawaii is proud to announce Doug Hesley as its new president. Joining Hesley on the leadership team are James Giangarra, senior vice president of operations, and Lillian Rodolfich, vice president of accounting. Each leader has extensive experience in the Hawaiian market and will bring local expertise to Associa Hawaii.

“These three experienced leaders were brought onboard in anticipation of Associa Hawaii’s projected growth over the next few years. I feel they are perfectly suited for the challenges ahead,” says Associa Senior Vice President of the West Region Garrett Else. “We’re excited about the strong team we have assembled and I’m confident they will serve to enhance our reputation of providing unsurpassed management services.”

President Doug Hesley brings with him, an extensive history in the hospitality industry, having held leadership roles at Hilton Worldwide, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Harrah’s Resorts.  He was most recently the CEO of Suite 360 and previously held key leadership roles at Turtle Bay Resort and Hilton Waikiki. 

Senior Vice President of Operations James Giangarra joins the Associa family with years of experience in finance, IT and operations.  He previously worked as the vice president of finance at Healthways, and before that, spent more than 16 years working in Honolulu as the executive director of regional IT finance with Kaiser Permanente.

Vice President of Accounting Lillian Rodolfich has more than 20 years of executive accounting experience in the real estate and airline industries. She was most recently the controller for Queen Lili’uokalani Trust and previously held leadership roles for Aloha Air and Alexander & Baldwin. Rodolfich has both her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
