DALLAS, Texas – September 16, 2016 – Associa, the industry’s largest community management firm, is proud to announce Vice President of Leadership & Organization Development Todd Strosnider’s appointment to the Foundation for Community Association Research Think Tank. The Think Tank is a national committee developed in 2014 that meets quarterly to discuss emerging community association trends that warrant substantial research.
The Community Associations Institute (CAI) appoints Think Tank members who are industry leaders on the forefront of vital discussions like the shift in age demographics, technological advancements and the rapid growth of community associations in recent years.
“Todd is extremely active within CAI and someone with extensive knowledge about the management perspective of community associations through his work with Associa,” says Foundation for Community Association Research Director of Development Melinda Kelejian. “He is one of 23 members from occupational fields such as security, insurance, law, banking, property management, technology, maintenance and other impactful professions.”
“I’m honored to be a part of this prestigious group whose overarching goal is to improve community association living for homeowners around the country,” remarks Strosnider. “I’m looking forward to meeting with the committee and feel this opportunity will keep me connected to the current trends and issues facing the industry.”
As Associa’s vice president of leadership and organization development, Strosnider oversees a team responsible for leadership development, enterprise learning, succession planning, employee engagement, and industry education. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Texas A&M University and his Master of Business Administration from The University of Dallas.
