COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – October 13, 2016 – Colorado Association Services, an Associa company, congratulates Angela Johnson on receiving the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation through the Community Associations Institute. Achieving the industry’s top accreditation allows her to better provide community management services to communities and homeowners in Colorado Springs.
The PCAM designation is the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management. To earn the PCAM designation, a community manager must have five years of direct community management experience, maintain their Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation and pass all six of CAI’s M-200 level professional management development programs, which cover community communications, leadership and governance as well as financial and facilities management.
“Angela has devoted herself to this industry and the hard work and dedication we see from her every day is validated with this prestigious designation that is earned by the best of the best in this industry,” says Associa Regional Vice President Heather Kerwin. “She is an inspiration to other community managers and a natural leader within the Associa family.”
Johnson is the community director for Associa’s Colorado Springs office. She has worked for Associa since 2011 and oversees the operations of 43 community associations, 4000 residential homes, and eight management team members.
