GAINESVILLE, VA – November 8, 2016 – Community Management Corporation (CMC), an Associa company, is proud to announce that Heritage Hunt Golf and Country Club was recently awarded the National Merit Award for Exterior Landscape Maintenance by the National Association of Landscape Professionals.

Associa CMC manages the community in Gainesville, Virginia which is comprised of nearly 1,900 homes and encompasses more than 37 acres of common grounds including an 18-hole championship golf course. The criteria for the award includes overall appearance, degree of difficulty for maintenance, and quality of materials used.

“I would like to thank Heritage Landscape Services and the grounds committee for dedicating their time, year-round, to the pristine appearance of this first-class community and resort,” says Associa CMC President Nick Mazzarella. “It’s a tremendous honor to work alongside an HOA and residents who truly care for the community in which they live.”

Heritage Hunt is an active adult community for residents 55 years and older located adjacent to the 450-acre Conway Robinson Memorial State Forest and the historical Manassas National Battlefield Park. Check out the Heritage Hunt Facebookpage for photos of the award winning landscape maintenance.
