Associa Minnesota Touts Employee Achievements

BROOKLYN PARK, Minnesota – March 31, 2016 – Associa Minnesota is proud to announce the recent industry achievements of 10 of its community managers. Angela Bell and Eric Davison attained their Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designations in March and eight others are one step closer to that milestone after passing their M-100 exam.

The CMCA designation is recognized by Community Associations Institute (CAI) andis the only national certification program designed exclusively for community managers. CAI’s M-100 is a comprehensive course highlighting community management essentials and is a prerequisite for the CMCA.

“We are extremely proud of Angela and Eric for their dedication and passion for advancement in the industry,” says Associa Minnesota President Lance Govang. “Our employees are encouraged to seek industry recognized status and the drive we are seeing this year within our management team is nothing like I’ve ever witnessed. I’m amazed at the team spirit.”

  • Angela Bell is a community manager who joined Associa Minnesota in July 2014 and manages 10 associations comprised of more than 1,000 units.
  • Eric Davison is a community manager who also manages more than 1,000 units and has been with the company since 2014.
