In addition to leading her team of community managers, Johnson will play a major role in business development, talent acquisition, staff trainings and management operations.

Johnson has been with Associa for four years and in the industry for more than 14 years. She is a graduate of Colorado Technical University in Colorado Springs, Colorado and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Johnson is active in the Community Association Institute and several other business organizations throughout Colorado Springs.
