JACKSONVILLE, Florida – January 26, 2016 –After prosperous growth in 2015, Associa Community Management Concepts of Jacksonville (CMC-Jax) begins the new year as the management company of choice for three Jacksonville communities. CMC-Jax is providing full management services, including financial, community management, communications, record-keeping and administrative services to the following associations:

Deercreek Country Club Owners Association isin Jacksonville, Florida and is comprised of 668 single family homes surrounding the prestigious Deercreek County Club.

Edgewater at Deercreek is also a neighborhood within the The Deercreek Country Club Owners’ Association in Jacksonville and includes 71 single family homes.

Hawthorn Homeowners Association is made up of 196 townhomes just west of interstate 95 off Bartram Park Boulevard in South Jacksonville.
