Associa Mid-Atlantic’s Mary Ann McNulty Honored with President’s Award

January 21, 2016

GWYNEDD, Pennsylvania – January 21, 2016 – Associa Mid-Atlantic congratulates Developer Consultant Mary Ann McNulty who received the 2015 Robert Wise President's Award from the Pennsylvania and Delaware Valley chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI PA-DELVAL). McNulty was presented the honor at the CAI PA-DELVAL’s annual meeting on December 10 at the William Penn Inn in Gwynedd, Pennsylvania.

The prestigious Robert Wise President's Award was established in 1996 to honor former chapter president Robert Wise. The award is given out each year by the president of the board to a chapter volunteer who has shown outstanding service and dedication to the chapter.

“Mary Ann is most deserving of this honor as she spends countless hours devoted to CAI for her own professional development and to help develop and inspire others in the industry,” says Associa Mid-Atlantic President Nancy Hastings, who won the President’s Award in 2012. “We’re proud of Mary Ann and fortunate to have her as part of our Associa family.”

McNulty has more than 40 years’ experience in the association management industry and founded ‘The Management Company’ in 1974. As a management consultant, she has provided objective advice and specialized expertise for the successful long-term management of more than 100 properties. McNulty has earned her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation through CAI.
