Associa BC Expands Strata Management Portfolio with Three New 2016 Clients

VANCOUVER, British Columbia – January 20, 2016 – Following a strong year in 2015 Associa BC has been chosen as the management firm for three strata corporations comprised of more than 500 total units. The four new clients each began their partnerships with Associa BC as of January 1.

Associa BC is providing full management services, including financial, community management, communications, record-keeping and administrative services to the following strata corporations:

The One is a 247 condominium tower located at 38 West 1st Avenue in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Orchard Valley Estates is a 180 unit strata community at 2445 Kelly Avenue in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia.

Hidden Lake Lookout is comprised of 54 townhomes located at on the banks on Hidden Lake in Kelowna, British Columbia
