BROOKLYN PARK, Minnesota – January 19, 2016 – Associa Minnesota is proud to announce that Cordelia Cronen has been chosen as a finalist for On-Site Manager of the Year. The Council of Community Association Professionals (CCAP) nominated Cronen along with 24 other finalists across the nation who perform as on-site managers for a community association.
The National “Manager of the Year” Contest is open to professional community managers across the country who are actively engaged in managing association-governed communities. The winner will be announced at the2016 CAI Annual Conference & Expositionin Orlando, Florida on May 4.
“Cordelia sets the bar high for anyone who works on-site managing a community. Her positive attitude and unwavering work ethic coupled with her superior customer service and organizational skills make it obvious why she was nominated for this prestigious award,” says Associa Minnesota President Lance Govang. “We’re proud to have Cordelia as part of our Associa family and excited to see if she becomes the overall winner.”
Cronen has been with Associa Minnesota for three years and is the on-site community manager for Stonemill Farms; a neighborhood, in Woodbury, Minnesota, comprised of 1,032 single family homes along with 90 townhomes. She has earned her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation from the Community Associations Institute.
