Record Number of PCAM® Designations Attained by Associa Employees

Las Vegas, NV - 30 Associa Employees Recognized at This Year’s CAI Conference

Associa,  the world’s leading community management firm, saw an astounding 30 of  its employees recognized for achieving Community Associations Institute  (CAI)’s Professional Manager of Community Associations (PCAM®)  designation in the last year. This gives Associa close to 200 total  PCAM® designees on staff, by far the highest number of any company in  the industry.

“We’re proud of each of our PCAM® designees  recognized this past year. These individuals are loyal to Associa and  dedicated to the jobs they do within our communities,” says Associa’s  President and Chief Operating Officer Joey Carona, PCAM®. “All of our  community managers are expected to have their PCAM® designation or be on  the path to attaining it in the near future.”

The PCAM® is the  highest professional recognition available nationwide to those who  specialize in community association management. In order to earn the  PCAM® designation, managers must have five years of community  association management experience, successfully complete all six M-200  level programs, earn the CMCA® designation and complete a case study,  among other industry specifications.
