Tasha Elrod, community manager for Associa Northern California, recently earned the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation through Community Associations Institute (CAI). The PCAM designation is the highest professional recognition available to those who specialize in community association management.
“Tasha has been with us for eight years and over that time she has demonstrated, not only loyalty to the company, but to the customers she has served,” says Associa Northern California President Joe Price “She embodies family spirit and goes above and beyond when working with communities to help them realize their vision.”
To earn the PCAM designation, a community management professional must have at least five years direct community association management experience, successfully pass their CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) examination, pass six related courses through CAI and complete an extensive case study among numerous other items.
