Community Management Concepts of Jacksonville, Inc. (CMC-Jax), an Associa company, has been named the management company for Deerwood Place Condominiums as of June 1, 2015. CMC-Jax now provides full services, including financial, property maintenance, communications and administrative services to each of the six buildings’ associations plus the community’s master association.
“We’re so excited to begin working with one of the most sought-after locations in Jacksonville. I want to thank the association board for putting their faith in us as a visionary partner,” says CMC-Jax President Nicholas Lambiase, Jr. “We already hosted a meet-and-greet with the residents and couldn’t have asked for a more family-friendly welcome.”
Deerwood Place Condominiums is a six-building 182 unit luxury community located on the Southside of Jacksonville.
