Associa OnCall Maintenance Veteran Nigel Parfitt to Lead Central Region

DALLAS, Texas – Associa OnCall, an Associa company, is proud to announce its new Central Regional Director Nigel Parfitt.  He will be responsible for managing OnCall’s central U.S. field teams, which provide maintenance services to community associations and homeowners.

Nigel has a vast knowledge of community management, especially in the maintenance division where he has held a variety of roles during his more than two decades with Associa,” says Associa OnCall Vice President of Field Services Tosh Tricas. “I’m proud to have him join the OnCall leadership team knowing that his loyalty is unwavering and he has already earned the respect and admiration of peers through his years of service with the company.”

Parfitt began his career with Associa in 1991 in Ann Arbor, Michigan and has been working in the community management industry for more than 24 years. He recently relocated from Las Vegas, Nevada to Dallas, Texas. Parfitt’s community management experiences include working within master plan communities, high rises, mixed use developments, condominiums, and single family homes providing professional, complete, and timely service for repairs, installations, supervision and advice for community improvements. He also served honorably in the US Navy for 22 years.
