C-Era Property Management & Realty an Associa company, received the Branch of the Year award at Associa’s 2015 Leadership Summit in Dallas. The award recognizes the company’s achievements in 2014 for employee morale, client growth, client retention and profitability.
“We had a great year in 2014, from the enthusiasm shown by our employees to the complements and referrals provided by our communities,” said C-Era’s President Candace Mehls.
C-Era Vice President of Operations Kyle Kalloo adds, “It’s an honour to receive an award that recognizes employee spirit, as well as successes in business and profitability.”
The branch prevailed as the overall winner among all of Associa’s worldwide offices for the Branch of the Year award. This is the first time C-Era has been recognized for this honor and also the first Canadian branch to take home the award. Winners were awarded in small, medium and large companies, as well.
