Dallas, TX - Associa OnCall, an Associa company, is proud to announce Ken Hicks as its new central regional director. Hicks is in charge of OnCall maintenance service for seven of Associa’s nationwide branches.

Hicks has been involved in hotel and property management for 25 years. He started in 1989 at the Wilshire House in Westwood, California where he was assistant manager for the 20-story, 66-unit luxury high-rise property. Hicks soon became general manager at the 30-story, 128-unit Blair House in West Los Angeles and then in 1995 oversaw Marina City Club in Marina Del Rey, California. In 2000, he was lured to Las Vegas by Irwin Molasky, the developer of Park Towers, to manage the premiere Las Vegas condominium property. Town & Country magazine named it as one of the five best condominiums in the country.
